This button combo gets you into the HBOOT screen, from where you will highlight (with the Volume keys) and select (using Power key) FASTBOOT. You can do this by holding down the Volume Down key while pressing the Power button.
Copy the recovery.img file to the folder on your computer where fastboot.exe is located. Rename the extracted recovery image file to recovery.img to make it easier to type during the flashing process through Fastboot.
